Individual Consultation

Individual consultation offers therapists a supportive space to reflect on their clinical work, strengthen skills, and deepen self-awareness as a practitioner. Through collaborative exploration, consultation can help clarify clinical challenges, enhance confidence in decision-making, and support ethical and effective practice. It also provides an opportunity to address therapist wellbeing, countertransference, and the impact of client work, fostering sustainability and growth in your professional life.

Group Consultation

Group Somatic EMDR consultation provides a collaborative and supportive space for therapists to deepen their understanding and application of an integrative somatic approach to EMDR. Together, we explore clinical cases through a body-based and relational lens, integrating perspectives from somatic psychotherapy, attachment theory, polyvagal-informed practice and parts work into EMDR therapy. Consultees are supported in implementation of the standard protocol, as well as modified protocols and assistance with conceptualization and treatment of  complex cases. This setting encourages shared learning, reflection, and skill development while fostering community among practitioners. The focus is on both clinical insight and the therapist’s embodied presence—supporting personal regulation, professional growth, and greater effectiveness in working with clients.
